Let us know about upcoming events!
By providing us with advance notice about your upcoming events, our team can make sure your app is updated, your attendees are synced, and your app’s certificates with Apple are valid! When possible, we ask that you provide us with notice at least 30 days in advance of your event.
Maintaining your Apple Developer Account – This is critical to ensure new product enhancements can be pushed to your app.
For those with branded apps, below is a checklist of the important maintenance items associated with your Apple Developer Account. Maintaining your Apple Developer Account ensures your app is available in the stores and functioning properly!
- Annual Renewal – Developer accounts expire every 12 months. While Apple sends out reminders about upcoming expirations, we do encourage our clients to set their developer accounts to auto-renew so there’s no risk of an account accidentally expiring.
- Updated Terms and Conditions – Apple tends to make updates to its terms and conditions every quarter. Keep an eye out for any emails announcing a change to the terms and conditions so you can act, as we will not be able to push any updates until the latest terms and conditions are accepted.
- Expiring Certificates – Distribution and Notification Certificates expire every 12 months. These certificates are important for distributing your app in the store and sending push notifications to your users. Keep an eye out for emails from Apple about expiring certificates and let us know if you receive one.
- Account Holder – Apple Developer accounts are controlled by the user with the Account Holder role. The Account Holder is the only user that can renew the Apple Developer account and accept the latest terms and conditions. In addition, Apple will only speak with the Account Holder if there’s an issue with your account. As such, it’s extremely important that the Account Holder is tied to a generic email address that won’t be deactivated if an individual leaves your organization (e.g., info@, membership@, events@, etc.). 10/12/2024 – Events 2.0 + Release. This major release provides many new features and functionality to both the administrative console and the app.

7/10/2024 – Events 2.0 Console Update. This release updated the administrative console view on the Attendee and Speaker pages. The remainder of the event pages will have this new console shortly. This new console provides custom configuration to view and filter all columns when viewing attendee and speaker information. In addition, admins can now ‘hide attendee’ from the attendee directory by checking the ‘hide attendee’ box on each attendee page. View the 5-minute video of these features here.
