As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll work with our Client Success team to ensure that our clients and partners are successful.  You’ll be responsible for understanding client and partner needs, communicating solutions, and solving problems.

No previous experience necessary, both entry-level and mid-level positions available.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain a working knowledge of new and existing features and functionality
  • Respond to incoming support requests in a timely fashion
  • Identify, document, and resolve technical problems that clients may experience
  • Log and track escalations to the Engineering & Product team when necessary
  • Assist Account Managers during the onboarding process by configuring certain aspects the platform
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Product team when new functionality is introduced
  • Assist with enhancing our knowledge center articles and client facing documentation
What You’ll Need
  • A willingness to learn new things, and an aptitude for technology
  • Experience or interest working with software/SaaS applications
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • A strong desire to help people succeed
  • The ability to effectively collaborate with others
  • Experience in client-facing roles is helpful
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

This is a full-time position with benefits that include health, dental, and vision, based in Overland Park, Kansas. We are not considering remote candidates or offering relocation at this time.  The position does provide Hybrid option.
