Who We Spoke To: We sat down with MobileUp client Craig Rowley, who serves as Executive Director of FAPPO; he heads up the association management company that oversees it. Among other duties, he is responsible for keeping the association technologically up to snuff – which includes vetting the apps and tech vendors they use to facilitate membership and exhibitor features. 

Why Get a Conference Mobile App?

Like so many associations, years ago, they relied on printed programs. In the event of schedule changes, the cost of editing these programs far exceeded what they would eventually spend on a mobile app.
